I received the product promptly. It was as described and I have had no problems.

Just installed this software and it made loading so slow that my computer was just about unusable. Just uninstalled it and everthing is back to normal. Wasted $30.

Received quickly and attempted to install, however the disk was corrupt. Luckily, all I needed was the serial number so all turned out ok.

I, too, upgraded to 2009 and now my computer constantly locks up. I have disabled Norton permanently until I can (hopefully) get back to Norton 2008. Very disappointed.

Just a warning to everyone.
When the one year subscription time limit runs out, the product disables itself. This is contradictory to how Norton has worked in the past. Therefore you no longer have any AntiVirus protection until you renew. (At this years new higher prices I might add!)
Not happy with this policy change.
